An open kitchen concept, with wooden tables, black and white accents, offering a full bar and a chalkboard wall with specials, giving this cozy restaurant a hip, chic vibe.
It also has a covered open-air patio at the rear of the restaurant, with plenty of fans, offering a wonderful outdoor dining experience during the day or at night for all to enjoy. Executive Chef-Owner John Gallo opened the doors of Pinch Kitchen+Bar in the fall of 2015, and it has been receiving rave reviews and accolades ever since. The menu changes seasonally and features produce, fish, meats, and quality ingredients locally sourced first for the best fresh taste.
Yes, it has a Full Bar, offering hand-made Craft Cocktails, Craft Beer, Beer on Draft, and a Boutique Wine selection. In addition to the regular menu, Pinch Kitchen+Bar offers daily blackboard specials, and there are always a few vegan options. A few of the menu offerings are the K-Town Guac, Ceviche, house-made vegan soup, the famous eponymous "Pinch Burger", BBQ baby back ribs, Mahi Mahi entrée special, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese and the Black Angus Skirt Steak, all popular choices with critics and returning guests alike for brunch, lunch, HH, or dinner.
The brunch menu with the bottomless mimosa option is available weekly on Friday's, Saturday's, and Sunday's, the delicious fun starts at noon, featuring guest favorites like our Stuffed French Toast, it's served with our house-made brioche, stuffed with guava and whipped cream cheese, served with a side of guava-maple syrup for extra goodness it's truly a mouthwatering experience, also available is the Chicken and Waffles, it's our house-made cheddar & bacon waffle, fried chicken thigh served on top of the waffle with maple bacon chutney. Eggs Benedict are also a guest favorite and so much more delicious food.
All breads, pasta & pasta sauces, French toast, waffles, Pinch Croquetas, all desserts + many more blackboard specials are all made in-house from scratch.
