Founded in South Beach in 2014 by Keith Menin and Jared Galbut, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila is South Florida’s iconic brand offering a unique fast-casual Mexican street food concept along with a cocktail-driven nightlife experience. By day, the taqueria’s extensive menu showcases authentic Mexican favorites along with unconventional interpretations served from the brand’s signature retrofitted airstream; by night, the speakeasy-style lounge serves up an innovative cocktail menu, as well as bottle service and DJs. Since its inception, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila has been nationally recognized as one of the hottest culinary and night-life destinations. After ten years in business, Bodega continues to flourish with eight standalone locations nationwide including the flagship South Beach location, as well as Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach, along with locations in Chicago’s West Loop and River North neighborhoods, and most recently in Washinton D.C. Additionally, the multifaceted brand offers an intimate Mezcaleria at select Miami properties, where guests enjoy a curated menu of premium and rare tequilas and mezcals. In 2024, Bodega introduced the luxe Bodega Lounge at Miami’s Hard Rock Stadium, adding to their existing stadium presence which includes several concessions at Miami’s Kaseya Center.
