J & L Management Group LLC

As a senior living group dedicated to the development, construction, and operation of senior living communities, we provide Independent and Assisted Living Services, as well as Memory Care Services. Our company is Veteran Owned and Operated by Jason L. Rodriguez, CEO, Co-Founder, and Managing Partner, a fifth-generation veteran. He and his wife, Lora Rodriguez, CFO, Co-Founder, and Managing Director of Administration, founded the company (formerly J&L Culinary Management) in 2008. Initially, the company focused on nutritional management and dining experiences in over 26 nursing homes and acute care settings. In 2013, they relocated to the Space Coast of Florida and initiated a restructuring of operations to encompass all aspects of senior care. This transition marked the transition from J&L Culinary Management to J&L Management Group. Currently, we have active operations and development projects underway in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and Missouri.
