About
Primary EyeCare Center was established in 1991 by Dr. Bazarte and Mr. Frank Castonguay, Optician. Both were Previously at Sears optical and left in 91 to form their own optical center to provide comprehensive and affordable eye care for all. Throughout the years we have done this and continue to this day.
