Our History
Built in 1927, The Banyan Estate (also known as the Malabar Schoolhouse) was the original school in Brevard County. Only open a few years as a school, it went on to become a dance club in the 1940’s and later a wood workshop from the 70’s through 2014 when a complete renovation project was embarked upon.
This historic landmark has been lovingly restored, bringing back the original beauty including soaring ceilings, glistening hardwood floors and oversized windows letting in natural light.
Delivering curated events in a timeless, historic venue. We are the ONLY historic venue in Brevard that can host up to 160 guests in air conditioned/heated indoor space. Choose from our indoor and outdoor spaces for your special event.
