Madison Therapy & Wellness is proud to be a local provider for outpatient physical therapy in the Big Bend region. We specialize in helping our clients laugh their way through the rehab process. 

We happily treat patients of all ages and backgrounds. Being located in a rural community, we offer treatment for all conditions one might find affecting their physical functioning and daily life; no need to travel to our neighboring larger cities! Our expertise is expansive and includes: chronic pain, post-operative rehab, sports injuries, pediatric therapy, stroke rehab, neurological conditions, cardiopulmonary conditions. We also offer dry needling and massage therapy services.
