Stars Counseling Services

Stars Counseling Services is a collaborative group of therapists with diverse specialties, dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered mental health care for children, teens, adults, and families. Our team specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and neurodivergent mental health. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, expressive arts, and mindfulness.
