OhanaCare PPEC

Founded on the Hawaiian concept of 'Ohana'—which means family—OhanaCare PPEC was born from a vision to transform pediatric extended care in Broward County. Our founders saw firsthand the challenges that families of medically complex children face every day:

• Coordinating multiple medical appointments and therapy sessions

• Struggling to find reliable, specialized care

• Navigating complex Medicaid systems

• Balancing work commitments with their child's medical needs

• Seeking environments where their children could both receive expert care and experience joy

These challenges inspired us to create something different for Lauderhill and the surrounding Fort Lauderdale communities: a pediatric medical daycare where exceptional clinical care meets the warmth and support of family.
