For the Love of You- Therapy

For The Love Of You- Therapy  is located in Land o Lakes, Florida . The founder, Marissa Witter, LCSW, built the therapy practice  to be a non-judgmental space, offering a client-centered approach to mental health. We aim to support children, teenagers, and young adults by helping to deescalate daily life stressors. For The Love Of You offers individual, family, and group therapy both in person and via telehealth. Our clients are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, grief, anger, family conflict, human trafficking, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. Our therapist, Marissa, offers personalized, empathetic mental health care for clients, and clinical interns, led by a caring professional committed to fostering resilience, self‑love, and positive growth. Our approach is to  empower client's to find their inner strength, while using healthy coping tools in a warm supportive space.  We are different from other therapy practices because we look at our clients as the experts on the problem that brought them in. We know they are coming to therapy because they have encountered a problem that has left them feeling stuck but we work with them to uncover their strengths and the tools within to overcome the hurdle in front of them. We are committed to making therapy accessible and believe mental health care should be affordable and not a luxury.
