Hello, I am Terri-Jo Hoover, owner and founder of A1 Complete “Mobile” Notary Services. I established this business in May 2023 with a heartfelt mission: to make notarial services more accessible, professional, and compassionate for the community I call home.

My interest in notarial work grew from a strong desire to positively impact people's lives, particularly during significant life events. Whether it involves finalizing an adoption, notarizing estate paperwork, or guiding the signers through their real estate transactions, I take great satisfaction in providing composed and clear guidance when it is most needed.

I hold a master's degree in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Leadership and have obtained advanced credentials as a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent, Certified Loan Signing Agent, and Certified Apostille Agent. These accreditations reflect my extensive training in estate planning, real estate transactions, and international documentation processing, enabling me to assist attorneys, families, and professionals with precision and care.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and fifteen years as a social worker, I bring a blend of practical knowledge and empathetic insight to every interaction. As an adoptive parent, I understand firsthand the emotional and overwhelming nature of legal paperwork, and I am dedicated to ensuring that every signing experience is seamless, respectful, and reassuring.
