Satya Life Yoga

At Satya Life Yoga classes are taught 7 days a week in a warm and welcoming environment. Enjoy two beautiful studios with sprung hardwood floors, rope walls, barres, and all of the best yoga equipment. Various styles of yoga for beginners to advanced students include flowing yoga, Iyengar-based, core power, therapeutic essentials yoga, yogabarre, and aerial. Many classes are available on zoom and there is a daily pre-recorded yoga video with 24 hour access. Tai Chi and Qigong classes are also taught. In-depth yoga workshops are offered on a regular basis. We are a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training School and offer a 200 Hour program and a 300 Hour Program.
