Hi, my name is Enilda FloresCabrera and I'm the Owner at Essentials Spa of Lakeland.  I am a retired Army veteran. The reason I decided to open a spa after retirement was because as a Soldier I learned how important it is to incorporate massage into your wellness routine, while in active duty I would get massages routinely to help my body recover from the stresses of military life and aches and soars from daily workout routings and training. 

As a wellness enthusiast and massage lover I wanted to make the luxury of massage affordable without sacrificing the quality of the service, Thus in 2020 we open the doors to our spa in Lakeland, FL.
