365 Wellness (Mobile Direct Primary Care)

Roshini Singh is a National Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. Roshini obtained her Nurse Practitioner licensure with a focus in Family Medicine from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. She has been in the medical field for approximately 14 years, and 10 of those years in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing in Family Practice to focus on community and public health initiatives and improvements. 

365 Wellness, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, was founded by Roshini Singh. This model allows us to provide the efficient, accessible, convenient primary care at an affordable monthly membership rate. We are also able to provide our clients with more time at appointments to truly get to know them as a whole. Every detail to a patient's life matters in formulating the appropriate diagnosis and treatment plans. DPC provides us with the opportunity to provide this type of care by removing the middleman, which is insurance, and allowing the patient to directly have a powerful relationship with their primary care provider. 

Not only does our practice follow the DPC way of providing care, but we are also MOBILE. All in person visits are done at patients' homes or where they work, once they have a HIPPA secured space.

While we do not accept insurance for our consults/visits in a convenient and efficient style, insurance still exists in the practice. Such as if we perform lab draws, order tests, and complete prior authorizations for patient's medications and specific diagnostics, we are equipped to handle the insurance requirements. 

365 Wellness is here to provide an old-fashioned concept of the practice of medicine while utilizing modern day technology. Our goal is to focus on preventative medicine, but we also manage acute and chronic conditions.
