Yen's Kitchen

We are a Vietnamese street food restaurant. We are one of the first in Palm Beach county to introduce a full menu, fast-casual dining experience with take-out and deliveries serving authentic Vietnamese street food and beverages. We tailored our menu so that every single item on the menu can be found on the streets where we grew up as well as maintaining the same authentic taste and flavor. We also specialize in different noodle soups that originate from different regions of Vietnam that are only available on specific day of the week. 

My name is Manh! I was born in Vietnam and my family and I came to the United States in 2003. I’m fluent in both Vietnamese (1st language) and English (this was hard to learn haha!). Here I grew up in west coast Florida (Tampa area) and here in South Florida. I graduated at Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor in Business Management and a Bachelor in Communication Studies. I’ve studied abroad in Spain love you travel! I love photography as my hobby and I have a weakness for food. I am part of the LGBTQ community and growing up I feel blessed to not have face the many challenges others in the same community has been through in the course of our history. For Yen’s Kitchen, the concept came up when my family and I came together to see what we could do that would help all of us financially as well as fulfilling my mom’s dream. It took 3 years prior to our grand-opening and a lot of, “family meetings”. Nonetheless, I am extremely proud of how far we’ve come, even if it’s just at its early stage and even more excited for what is to come!
