Magic Memories Paradise Villa

We are Hollie and Josh Button-Stokes, and we purchased our vacation home in Kissimmee in 2022 with a clear vision: to create a welcoming home away from home where families and friends can relax, spend quality time together, and make lasting memories with their nearest and dearest.

Since purchasing the property, we have continually invested in improving and refreshing our dream home to ensure our guests enjoy the best possible experience. Significant upgrades have included a full pool renovation, a new roof, upgraded air conditioning system, and a modern pool heating system. These improvements build on the modern refurbishment completed when we first purchased the home, helping to keep the property fresh, comfortable, and well maintained for every guest who stays with us.

Our spacious two-storey open-plan home features five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate families and groups travelling together. The property includes two separate living areas, providing plenty of space for guests to gather, relax, or unwind after a busy day exploring Orlando’s attractions. There is also a dedicated games room, offering a fun space for both children and adults to enjoy during their stay.

One of the most special features of our home is the outdoor space. The private swimming pool and specialist lanai create a relaxing outdoor retreat where guests can enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool deck is exceptionally private with no overlooking neighbours, and the property backs onto a peaceful conservation area, allowing guests to relax while enjoying views of nature in a tranquil setting.

We have designed the home with comfort and flexibility in mind. Each bedroom is equipped with its own television so guests can relax in their own space when needed. For families choosing to spend time at the home between park visits, we also provide a selection of games and books for guests to enjoy together, creating a warm and welcoming environment where everyone can unwind

For us, this property is far more than just a vacation rental. It is a place we genuinely care about and take pride in sharing with others. Our goal has always been to create a comfortable and welcoming space where guests can relax after busy days at the theme parks, enjoy quality time together, and feel completely at home.
