Upsurge Dance Company was founded in 2019 by Dance educator in choreographer, Kelsey Wapinsky. It was created to provide the young dancers in the community a safe and encouraging place to learn the magic of dance. UDC is home to all types. Whether you are competitive dancer, looking for a career or intense education, or recreational dancer looking to jump in on the community fun!
