My name is Roberta Andre.

Italian-raised, world-traveled, and Caribbean at heart, Key West is my home.

Love is what brought me to Florida, but Key West is what inspired me to become who I wanted to be and create a business that truly reflects my passion.

My first love was makeup. As I began freelancing as a makeup artist, I became fascinated by how much the skin influenced the final result. I noticed that even the best makeup could only do so much if the skin underneath wasn't healthy. I wanted to be more than just a good makeup artist. I wanted to be the best. I wanted to be known for something different.

That desire led me back to school. While attending makeup school, I also enrolled in skincare classes at night. What I thought would simply make me a better makeup artist became something much bigger. Skin fascinated me. Learning about it transformed the way I approached beauty and my work. It taught me to see every detail differently and opened my eyes to a whole new world.

After seven months away from my husband, who was holding everything together at home while I studied in Fort Lauderdale, I graduated as both a licensed esthetician and makeup artist. It was the beginning of the most rewarding journey of my life.

I returned to Key West with a vision and brought it to life by opening Makeup N Giggles. Seven years later, what started as a dream has become a thriving skin and makeup studio built on trust, education, results, and genuine care.

At Makeup N Giggles, we do much more than provide facials and makeup services. We help people feel confident in their own skin. Every treatment is personalized, every client is valued, and every result matters. I often tell my clients that once you sit in my chair, your skin becomes my skin, that's how deeply I care about the outcome and the person behind it.

Every facial treatment is fully customized to the skin we have in front of us that day because no two skins are the same. We take the time to understand our clients' concerns, create personalized home-care routines, and build targeted treatment plans designed around the results we discuss together from the very beginning.

Our support starts before the treatment and continues long after clients leave the studio. We educate, guide, and adjust as their skin evolves, helping them achieve long-term results rather than quick fixes. This personalized approach has allowed us to build lasting relationships and deliver meaningful transformations.

Our specialties include Hydrafacials, microneedling, plasma skin tightening, and our signature Nervous System Reset treatments. Makeup N Giggles was created to empower women to feel better in their own skin. Even the name reflects that mission.
