• Rich earned his real estate license in 2017 following a 23-year career in the US Navy. A retired Chief Petty Officer, he has been stationed at or has visited countries all around the world! After retirement, he wanted to continue a life of service, which led to his successful career in real estate. He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, and was brought to Jacksonville, FL through his service in the Navy. His can-do attitude and rock-solid work ethic that served him well in the Navy have seamlessly transcribed into his customer service skills.
• Kristy earned her real estate license in 2019, after serving customers for over 20 years in the Heating & Air Conditioning industry, in sales, service, and management. She was born and raised in the Big Bend area of Florida and moved to Jacksonville in 2010. She, like Rich, has a tenacious work ethic and a passion for service.
• Since 2017, when we started our journey as Realtors, The Golden Anchor Team has closed over 150 transactions, producing over $42 Million, covering all of Northeast Florida, including Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, Clay, and even Baker and Alachua Counties. We've been awarded brokerage and regional Rookie of the Year, brokerage and regional Agent of the Year, as well as other franchise top 5% producer awards in each year of service. We're familiar with all of Northeast Florida and each of its amazing neighborhoods and the unique opportunities available to all who live and thrive here. We have preferred vendors for each aspect of real estate that we can set you up to assist you with the home buying or selling process. 
• The Golden Anchor Team was named to signify specific things to our customers. An anchor keeps a ship safely secured in a harbor with rough seas. A ship is kept in place in that harbor not by the weight of that anchor, but by the weight of the chain that connects it to the ship. We will be there for our customers through those potentially heavy seas, and we will work with our chain of support to ensure that we see your transaction through closing and beyond. Our rule of thumb is the Golden Rule. Treat everyone like you would like to be treated. We believe having a solid work ethic, unwavering integrity, and respect for others are keys to serving our family, our customers, and our community; so we live by that ethos. Communication and transparency are important to us, and giving you the service you deserve and should expect is our goal. We have a passion for serving, and we look forward to serving more and more families and their real estate needs for years to come!
• Our family loves it here; we are raising two girls in Jacksonville, and we enjoy working with the exciting and diverse community that is growing here! We remain active in the Military and Veteran communities here in Northeast Florida; Rich is a member of the Greater Beaches Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 3270, where he has served as a Post Commander. He is currently serving as Chairman of the Veterans Council of Duval County, and Junior Vice Commander of VFW Florida District 6. Kristy is a member of the Auxiliary to VFW Post 3270, where she has served as President. We enjoy golf, rooting for our local sports teams, and playing with our dog, a pug named Bubba!
