Balansera Therapy Group is a trauma-informed mental health practice specializing in EMDR therapy and the treatment of PTSD, Complex PTSD, and related challenges.

Our team of highly trained clinicians provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. With six EMDR-trained therapists on staff, we are committed to creating a safe and supportive space where healing is possible. We offer both in-person services at our centrally located Jacksonville office and virtual therapy for clients across Florida. Our goal is to meet each client where they are, honoring their story and supporting their journey toward balance and wellbeing.
