ZEN Massage & Yoga has been healing and helping people in the city of Indian Rocks Beach for almost 12years. We started with one person, a lot of hope and a big dream. We now have multiple therapist, a self help yoga studio and offer multiple types of natural remedies. 

We are blessed to have had to opportunity to meet and help people in our local community as well as people from all over this country and in fact the world. It is our passion to help everyone find their own zen within them selves.
