The Parker Foundation for Autism and Child Development

The Parker Foundation for Autism and Child Development was formed in 2015 by Ted and Melissa Parker from Brevard County, Florida. Their mission is to use education, sports and the arts as avenues to enrich the lives of and bridge the gap between children, teens and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, related disabilities, their families and the community in which we live. Through their three fully funded programs: Speak Through Sports, Speak Through Arts, and Speak Through Education, they able to provide a variety of year round events, clinics, and social activities to the families they serve. Their "Be a Buddy" initiative ignites inclusion by bringing individuals of all ages and abilities together through existing community resources. The Parker Foundation works closely with their local Sherriff's office to share important safety information, resources and programs available in their county.
