The Hummus Truck was born from a passion for fresh, flavorful, and wholesome Mediterranean cuisine. Our mission is to bring authentic, time-honored recipes to the streets, making exceptional hummus, falafel, and more accessible to everyone.

Our kitchen on wheels is fully separated to accommodate a wide range of allergy and dietary needs. Our menu is largely plant-based and predominantly gluten-free, offering plenty of options for diverse preferences such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Nut free, Dairy free and gluten free.

Our falafel is entirely gluten-free and prepared in a dedicated fryer to prevent cross-contamination.

We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients, sourcing locally whenever possible to ensure freshness and flavor in every bite.
