the OM spot is a premier wellness destination combining hot yoga and precision training in a state-of-the-art facility. Our infrared, hot yoga studio offers a range of classes in a carefully controlled environment, allowing practitioners to deepen their practice and enjoy a multitude of health benefits. Our 25-30 weekly class include Vinyasa Yoga, Power Yoga, Blazing Barre, Strengthen & Flow, Aerial yoga and Yin Yoga. Each style challenges the body and mind uniquely, thus creating a well rounded "yogathlete." 

The precision training center focuses on tailored workout programs utilizing specialized equipment and expert guidance. Our certified trainers design personalized plans to help clients achieve their fitness goals efficiently and safely. 

We also offer workshops! Each month you will find several extra offerings such as Aerial Yoga, Handstands, Inversions, sound bath ceremonies, philosophy, meditation, beginner's courses and more! Join our mailing list to stay up to date with these programs as well as our kids yoga programs!
