Spark Pediatrics is the nation's largest provider of Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC), also known as Medical Daycare, with centers across Florida and Texas. We provide specialized, clinic-based care for children with complex medical needs — including skilled nursing, therapies, and developmental support — in a safe, joyful, and social environment for up to 12 hours a day. Our mission is simple: every child deserves a childhood. Before Spark, medically complex children were largely confined to hospitals or isolated at home, with little access to consistent, high-quality care. We changed that. With a staff-to-child ratio of 1:3, NICU and pediatric critical care nurses on-site daily, and services fully covered by Medicaid at no cost to families, Spark gives children the care they need to thrive — and gives families the peace of mind they deserve.
