We are a thriving boutique style group practice that offers personalized care and attention to our clients. You are not just a number here! Our BIPOC clinicians specialize in challenges related to minority issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, chronic illness, stress management, and so much more! Our preferred treatment modalities include Brainspotting, EMDR, CBT, and other talk based therapies! We also offer coaching services.
We are truly committed to our clients. Using evidence based modalities, you can be assured of our approach of being discrete, non-judgmental, and compassionate.
