We built The Wagyu House for people who care about great meat, great hospitality, and a different kind of steakhouse experience. Our menu is centered around exceptional beef, including USDA Prime, American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and authentic Japanese A5 Wagyu, along with a rotating selection of specialty cuts, seafood, caviar, small plates, and chef-driven dishes.

What makes us different is that we come from the butcher side first. Meat N’ Bone has spent years sourcing, cutting, aging, shipping, and serving some of the best proteins available to home cooks, chefs, and restaurants across the country. The Wagyu House brings that same sourcing philosophy into a restaurant setting, where guests can enjoy rare cuts, premium steaks, and a more personal approach to dining.
