How to Become a Coach
The first step to learn coaching skills is the 30-hour Certified Professional Coach class. If you plan to work as a coach the second step is the 35-hour Certified Master Coach class. Once these two classes are completed you are eligible for membership with the International Coaching Federation. To further advance your expertise and credentials, you can work toward a credential with the ICF with Mentor Coaching and/or additional training.
