Harmony Lymph & Pelvic physical therapy

Harmony lymph and pelvic physical therapy is a small intimate clinic where we specialize in treating pelvic issues such as pain with sex, urinary incontinence, urinary urgency, fecal leakage, constipation, rectal pain and abdominal pain. Our other specialty is lymphedema therapy. Patients can develop a chronic swelling in their face, groin or arms and legs post cancer surgery and radiation therapy. With lymphedema therapy we provide manual lymphatic drainage massage, compression bandaging, velcro wraps and decongestive exercise to push out the lymphatic swelling so patient can return to painfree movement. We pride ourselves with treating patient one on one for 1 hr, the patient will see the same licensed physical therapist each visit so that progress can be monitored and therapy progressed appropriately. We address the patient issues by looking at the patient as a whole. We assess the physical dysfunction, posture, body mechanics, habits, sleep posture, physical demands at work,share relaxation techniques, make recommendations on nutrition.
