Whether your definition of “Active” is a professional athlete, dancer, weekend warrior or just going to the gym for fun, we strive to give you the tools and knowledge to keep your body in peak shape for all your adventures. Our dedicated and compassionate therapists give clients a one-stop shop in body care by offering our diverse array of massage modalities, compression therapy, and an expert level stretch experience. We also work hard to educating our clients on the importance of self-care and bringing the Restoration Body principles into their everyday life. 

Jason Bittner LMT

Jason Bittner received his training from the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, CA, where he was recognized as a Letter of Excellence recipient and honor student. After completing NHI’s core program, Jason pursued further education in the Advanced Neuromuscular program under the direction of Cynthia Ribeiro, deepening his expertise to better serve his clients.

At NHI, Jason discovered his passion for massage therapy and finds immense fulfillment in helping clients experience physical relief and pain alleviation. He enjoys blending multiple modalities to create a unique and tailored experience for each individual.

With 30 years of experience as a dancer and a background as a stretch therapist, Jason has developed an in-depth understanding of the human body. His dedication to helping dancers and athletes extend their careers and live pain-free lives has made him a highly sought-after professional in his field.

Additionally, Jason has had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, as well as individuals in competitive sports, CrossFit, bodybuilding, and powerlifting.
