PATCHES is a healthcare facility dedicated to providing culturally sensitive and compassionate nursing care for children with complex medical needs, regardless of their ability to pay. Through the application of best-practice interventions, our nurses and therapists support each child's journey toward optimal health, promoting their development, growth, and well-being.

We offer a comprehensive team of healthcare professionals who collaborate to monitor your child's condition throughout the day. Together, we develop personalized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Our services include a wide range of medical and therapy treatments, as well as specialized support to assist both patients and their families. We are equipped to execute physician orders across various levels of care, ensuring the safety and comfort of each child while administering medications and procedures as needed.

Our PPEC offers in-house therapy services. All of our Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists are employed directly by PATCHES, ensuring they are dedicated exclusively to our patients. This dedicated staffing allows us to provide specialized care that supports our patients' growth and well-being.

By implementing early intervention strategies, we aim to prevent complications, reduce emergency room visits, and minimize the need for extended hospitalizations. Our team is trained to recognize subtle signs and symptoms indicative of deteriorating health, enabling timely and effective responses.
