Ascendance - Pilates, Yoga & Barre

Ascendance Pilates, Yoga & Barre is a boutique wellness studio located in beautiful Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida. Our studio offers a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, Barre, TRX, Stretch, Meditation, and specialty wellness classes designed to support both physical and mental well being.
