About
Mark retired from the Army after 30 years and Happy’s been home raising the kids so once the kids left, it was time to do something together. WE LOVE FOOD so something food related seemed obvious. "We want to serve good food to our neighbors and friends and the Dunedin community" in what feels like our backyard - something small scale and unique.
How about a food trailer with a ‘cracker’ style facade serving Po'boys and Gumbo at colorful picnic tables? You can call ahead and pick it up! BTW, both kids have had Army careers in one capacity or the other – check out their status on the tree!
