No Flats - No Chains - Low Maintenance.  Swell Bikes were specifically designed for vacation rental properties, hotels and bike rental.  The tires can't go flat, there are no chains to rust - as a matter of fact the whole bike is built with rust resistant material and the only maintenance is greasing it every six months.  Five minutes and you're done.
