Since we were established in 2019, Kickin' It Fitness has stood by the belief that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment! It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve. We believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.

Along with our Gym Memberships, we offer the most group training classes in the area! Get ready for a fun, calorie crushing workout! We also offer personal training with YOUR specific goals in mind, small group training, and OCR (obstacle course race) specific training - great for clients preparing for their first mud run or their first 30+ mile ultra obstacle course!
