Mama Cannoli

Mama Cannoli began 4 years ago with a tent, some tables, our family’s cannoli recipe and a dream to share our family traditions with our local community.

Teresa’s father learned how to make delicious authentic Italian pastries in the Bronx, NY after coming to the United States from Naples, Italy. Owning his first pastry shop at the age of 18 in Brooklyn, he found his passion through hard work and dedication. We have had the amazing privilege to share a piece of that passion with all of you!

Combined with Jimmy's family traditions, rooted in the importance of community and service, son of an Air Force veteran and dedicated school teacher, we found the perfect recipe for our small business! 

We offer traditional cannoli and unique specialty cannoli, including a monthly seasonal featured cannoli!! We have created a Key Lime, Tiramisu, pistachio, lemon berry and spumoni cannoli, to just name a few. We love the excitement and interaction we receive from the community each time we announce our featured cannoli.

On June 16th, 2023, National Cannoli Day, we celebrated the Grand Opening of our food trailer. From the trailer we are able to offer a larger variety of cannoli, coffee and Italian sodas. We proudly serve locally roasted in Ormond Beach Steel Oak cold brew.

The community’s response to our cannoli is the reason for our success. We love to see the look on someone’s face when the taste of one of our cannoli brings them back to their childhood memories, just as much as we love seeing someone try a cannoli for the very first time.

Our cannoli is truly authentic. The type of recipe that is passed down through generations with decades of history behind it. We use quality fresh ingredients and stay true to Teresa’s fathers’ traditions to create an authentic delicious cannoli cream.

We are excited that our new cannoli shop bakery opened in Fall 2025 at 2800 South Nova Road

in South Daytona. Specializing in over 10 different cannoli creams, Italian pastries, cookies, full coffee menu, and Italian ice.
