I’m Jenna, a Licensed Massage Therapist turned corrective pain specialist based in Northwest Florida. At Jenna Smith LMT, I help active adults (especially military and first responders) move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love — without endless appointments or relying on pain meds.

My path to this work started with my dad. After getting injured as a correctional officer during post-hurricane cleanup, he spiraled into pain, addiction, and depression. It wasn’t until rehab — where he received his first massage — that I saw a spark come back. That moment lit a fire in me to help others in pain find real relief, faster.

Now, I specialize in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, a powerful manual therapy that works with your nervous system to calm pain and restore mobility. This isn’t your typical massage — you stay fully clothed, we work with movement, and yes… sometimes it’s intense, but the results speak for themselves.
