Our Agency owner, Javier Cubas, began as a ReMax Realtor. With his passion, drive & dedication, he quickly became one of South Florida’s top producing agents. During this time, he found that he could service his clientele better if he knew the in’s & outs of a mortgage. After obtaining his loan originator's license, he opened Pacific Lending. Soon, he realized that his customers were not being treated the way he hoped during their Title Insurance process. From this, Nationwide Land Title was born. All along, he would receive several phone calls regarding insurance. With insurance rates on the rise & folks feeling that their questions were unanswered; that the customer service they received from their agency was less than par, Javier knew that the perfect addition to his business portfolio would be an insurance agency. He incorporated Atlantic Insurance summer of 2014.

At Atlantic, all agents and staff understand the buying process from all perspectives. We know the importance of speed, quality, affordability, & sensitivity when handling new home policies, renewals, and endorsements.

Our staff is bilingual, we are often available to answer questions after hours and on the weekends, we answer our own calls & you will never press 1, 2, or 3. Our clients aren’t another number; they are a part of our Insurance Family.
