Hi, I’m Laryssa—creator of Journey to Bliss and a deeply committed neuromuscular therapist helping clients break free from pain, stress, and emotional blocks.

My Story:
I began healing over 14 years ago with yoga after a CrossFit injury, then moved into full-time massage therapy during COVID in Miami. In Orlando, I launched my wellness lab and now run a holistic practice in Casselberry that stands apart through a truly customized, full-spectrum healing approach—blending cupping, red-light, hot-stone, and neuromuscular therapies with medical-grade essential oils and supplementation for a whole-body approach. No two sessions are ever the same; each is an intuitive, multilayered experience tailored to the physical and energetic needs of the person in front of me.

Why It Matters:
Clients leave feeling lighter, more connected, and empowered—whether they came in for pain relief, emotional release, or both. My work isn’t “just another massage”—it’s a transformational space built on trust & results.
