Cherie Rickard RN, GC-C is a healthcare professional, business leader, author, speaker and founder of Create Your Life workshop and Queen Bee Transformation Counseling.

In 2007, her world was irrevocably shattered by a single phone call. While 2,000 miles away on business, her 17-year-old son, a beacon of promise and joy, was tragically taken in a car accident.

The devastation that followed plunged her into deep depression and turmoil. In this dark period, she discovered that her understanding of God was far from complete.

Through her journey of grief, she encountered a profound and transformative relationship with Christ.

Cherie's first book, Wake Up: A Mother's Grief Journey, emerged from this crucible of pain and loss. It reflects how her suffering was ultimately repurposed into a message of hope and resilience. Now, her mission is to inspire and educate others on transforming life’s inevitable sorrows into a pathway to prosperity and genuine peace.
