Fit-Her, Brandon's premier All-Women's fitness boutique, is designed to Empower and Support women of all ages and fitness levels. With a welcoming environment, Fit-Her offers a wide range of services including state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, personal training, team training, and a variety of group fitness classes like Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Pump and more. The facility also features luxurious amenities including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi, compression boots, spectrum light therapy and safe childcare in our Kidszone area.  Our mission is to inspire women to embrace their strength inside and out.
