Strong Minds Counseling & Wellness

Strong Minds Counseling & Wellness is a private practice for individuals, couples, families, and groups seeking mental health counseling and other services, such as consulting/coaching/collaboration. Our approach is tailored to each client's specific needs. We collaborate and contract with other professionals and specialists in the Tampa Bay Area as needed and provide in-person and telehealth services for individuals living in Florida. We specialize in several therapeutic modalities, however, use methods based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) most often. We are also certified in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and currently provide integration sessions following medicine sessions from a certified ketamine clinic.
