ASAP DIVORCE was established in 1999 by the President and Founder, Cheryl Lyn Martiner. Instead of finishing law school, Cheryl decided to help the great people of Florida save thousands of dollars by not needing to hire a lawyer for 99% of the population filing for divorce. ASAP DIVORCE has become a huge alternative to wasting thousands on lawyers. 

27 years later, ASAP DIVORCE, is one of the first legal document preparation services in Florida leading the way for others attempting to replicate such a successful business. Other companies have come and gone throughout these 27 years. 

In 2006, Cheryl Lyn, purchased the commercial property located on SR 70 with full visibility on an 6 lane highway. This move had helped lead her company to be the largest legal services company in the surrounding region and beyond.
