F.I.T. PT is Palm Beach and Broward Counties' Premier In-Home Therapy practice. We provide Personalized and Integrative Home-Based Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Massage Therapy. F.I.T. PT was founded in January 2018 by Dr. Kimberly S. Seman, PT, DPT, CSCS, CHC with the goal of using an integrative approach to provide personalized Physical Therapy to patients in their home environment. Since then, F.I.T. PT has grown to include a selective team of specialized Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Massage Therapists who have years of experience providing quality and skilled intervention.
