About
Community Greening is an urban forestry nonprofit that plants trees and transforms green spaces throughout South Florida. Since our founding in 2016, we have planted over 24,000 trees with more than 10,000 volunteers of all ages, via tree giveaways and plantings in public parks, schoolyards, residential yards, and urban orchards.
Our mission is to create sustainable green spaces and build vibrant tree canopy to equitably strengthen our environment, economy, society, and health.
