Cindy Nova Coaching was created to support ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to keep growing without losing themselves in the process. Behind the business is Cindy Nova, a coach with a background in civil engineering and experience in high-responsibility environments across Canada and the United States. That path gave her a deep understanding of pressure, decision-making, performance, and the very real challenge of balancing ambition with personal well-being. 

Today, Cindy offers private 1:1 coaching in English, French, and Spanish for people who want more clarity, stronger decisions, calmer leadership, and a more sustainable way to move forward. Her approach is warm, grounded, and human. It is not about adding noise or pretending life is simple. It is about creating the kind of space where people can think clearly, reconnect to what matters, and move forward in a way that truly fits their reality. 

Many of Cindy’s clients are high-achieving people carrying a lot of responsibility. They may be leading a business, navigating growth, managing a career, or trying to succeed without letting their family life, relationships, or inner steadiness pay the price.
