About

Faith-based guidance, resources, education, adn enrichment for foster teens as they transition from foster care to adulthood.

We begin working with youth in the foster care system a few years before they age out to assure that there are concrete goals and services in place so that their transition out of foster care is as smooth as possible. Our belief is,  if you have an issue, call us, if we dont have the resource, we partner with other organizations that can provide the service. Our goal is to assess each situation and see what needs to be done in the best interest of the child.
