The Who I Am Foundation

The Who I Am Foundation is a Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving identity, dignity, and meaningful human connection. Through its free Life Story Communication Kits, the Foundation helps individuals in healthcare, foster care, special needs, dementia, and memory care settings share their personal stories, preferences, and needs when they are unable to communicate for themselves. By equipping caregivers, healthcare professionals, educators, and families with simple, non-technology-based tools, the Foundation creates more compassionate, personalized care while strengthening relationships and improving quality of life.
