At Aqua Adventures Swim Academy, we believe swimming is more than just a skill - it's a life-saving necessity.

I'm Tia, the owner and instructor behind Aqua Adventures, and more importantly, I'm a mom on a mission! As a mother, I know there is no greater peace of mind than knowing your child has the skills to help keep themselves safe in and around the water. That passion has become my purpose: helping families build confidence, teach lifesaving skills, and create a lifelong love and respect for the water.

Aqua Adventures Swim Academy was founded with one goal: to help prevent childhood drownings by providing high-quality, personalized swim instruction in a fun, encouraging, and supportive environment. Every child learns differently, so every lesson is tailored to their individual personality, comfort level, and learning style. Whether I'm helping a fearful beginner take their first steps in the water, teaching essential survival skills, or refining swim strokes, I meet each student where they are while gently encouraging them to reach their full potential.

What sets Aqua Adventures apart is the relationships we build with our families. I believe trust is the foundation of learning, and I strive to make every child feel seen, supported, and celebrated through every milestone. Parents aren't just signing up for swim lessons—they're joining a community that genuinely cares about their child's safety and success.

Serving families throughout Volusia and Flagler counties, I'm honored to provide private, one-on-one swim instruction focused on confidence, water safety, and lifelong skills that can truly save lives.

Being nominated for the Best of Florida Awards is incredibly meaningful because it represents the trust families have placed in me. Every child who conquers a fear, learns to float independently, or proudly swims across the pool reminds me exactly why I started this journey. I'm so thankful to every family who has welcomed me into their lives and allowed me to be a small part of their story.
