At Calm Waters Wellness, we serve children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and neurodivergence. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are seeking clarity, healing, and meaningful change. Our team offers both traditional and somatic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and walk-and-talk therapy in the nature preserve adjacent to our office. We provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to build coping skills, improve relationships, and move forward with confidence and resilience.
