Tanya Millien is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Teach Enrich Consulting Services, an educational consulting company dedicated to helping learners, families, schools, and communities achieve academic success. With more than 25 years of experience in education, Tanya has served in a variety of roles including special education teacher, instructional coach, testing coordinator, assistant principal, educational consultant, advocate, and program director.

Tanya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Youth Ministries from Nyack College, a Master of Science in General Education, and a Master of Science in Special Education from Dominican University of New York. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration. Tanya also holds professional teaching certifications in both Florida and New York in Exceptional Student Education (K-12), Elementary Education (1-6), Reading (K-12), and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL K-12).

Throughout her career, Tanya has taught students across all grade levels and subject areas, with extensive experience supporting diverse learners, including students with disabilities, English language learners, and students from underserved communities. Her passion for education stems from her own life experiences and her belief that every child deserves access to quality educational opportunities, support, and advocacy.

Founded in New York in 2018 and expanded to Florida in 2023, Teach Enrich Consulting Services was created to bridge the gap between schools and families by providing personalized educational support and guidance. The company offers a comprehensive range of services including academic tutoring, educational advocacy, ADHD coaching, diagnostic assessments, professional testing, parent training, counseling services, professional development, instructional coaching and educational consulting.
